Is Kaiju wearing both a collar and harness?
He is. the collar is always on whenever he is out of the house and has all the ID info. Harness changes based on the situation. This is his walk harness. There is a leash attachment loop both in front and back. He also has a car harness too. We use that when we go on a long ride and travels.
